2025 Fur, Feathers & Wings - 50/50 draw

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #165219

    1 for $5.00; 1500 tickets
    3 for $10.00; 2400 tickets
    10 for $20.00; 2200 tickets
    50 for $50.00; 100 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: September 26, 2025 at 6:00:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: September 26, 2025 at 7:00:00 p.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex, 525 Proctor St, Williams Lake, BC

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://bctws.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 26, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the BC Chapter of The Wildlife Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the BC Chapter of The Wildlife Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    BC Chapter of The Wildlife Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  7. 7. Other

    Please call our team at tws.bc.chapter@gmail.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

The BC Chapter of The Wildlife Society (BCTWS) is a professional society composed of individuals interested in the art and science of applying the principles of ecology to the conservation and management of wildlife and its habitats in British Columbia. We are dedicated to sound wildlife management and conservation worldwide with a focus on the rich wildlife heritage of British Columbia.
